WordPress released a security update yesterday to patch a number of issues with earlier versions.
If you’re an existing client you don’t need to do anything as our systems automatically update your WordPress site to the most secure version.
If you’re reading this and you’re not one of our clients you should upgrade your WordPress version as soon as you can. Full details can be found here:

UPDATE: Within 24 hours WordPress released a further patch to 5.5.3 to cover an issue in 5.5.2 that impacted new installs:
